How to Build Muscle (for Kids)

Their are some kids who want muscles like bodybuilders on T.V. Well, you can't have them that big until they are done with Puberty. Here are some ways to get muscles.

Steps

  1. See a sports man doctor and you may get suggestions on how to get muscles in kids. The gym isn't always the best way to develop muscles. Heavy weight lifting may damage muscle tissues in kids under 18.
  2. Do (very) light weight lifting. Treadmills may also work. In the gym, use 2 or 5 pound weights so you don't hurt your arms or injure them
  3. Do sports or outdoor activities! This is the easiest way on how to get stronger muscles. Simply biking up hills strengthens leg muscles
  4. If all else fails, running workouts or push ups are the next easiest. Running workouts help leg muscles, and push-ups help arm muscles.
  5. Try to get fun involved. Get CDs with work out routines for kids.
